SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Our apparel is made to order. Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or product shortages.

Estimated Delivery

After production, standard delivery within the United States generally takes an additional 2–5 business days. Most orders should arrive within approximately 4–12 business days after purchase. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping rates are displayed at checkout. Orders totaling $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after the shipping label is created.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters production.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package has not arrived, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number.

Digital Products

Digital products do not require shipping. Download instructions are provided electronically after purchase.
